Hand a prompt to AI
Switch modes and send a deliberate prompt to the configured external service.

Task sequence
- Activate Switch to AI.
- Write a prompt, allowing the textarea to grow.
- Review the provider destination.
- Activate Send to AI to navigate; Switch to search cancels the mode.
Data and persistence
The prompt becomes a query parameter in the provider URL. Startboard does not retain a chat or return an assistant answer. AI preference is stored separately through settings.
Failure and recovery
Blank sends do nothing. External login, deep-link support and failures belong to the provider; the captured flow stops before navigation.
Acceptance criteria
- State reset on mode changes is explicit.
- No mock assistant response is presented.
- Sensitive text should not be entered without understanding URL/provider sharing.
