Flow and composition
| Stage | Interface responsibility |

| Inspect | Candidate title, source URL, origin and timing. |
| Evaluate | Topic/type and contextual 0–10 score. |
| Decide | Review, reject or move toward writing using explicit controls. |
| Author | A separate story editor creates the publication-ready record. |
Decisions and handoff
- Scores support triage; editors still assess relevance, originality and source legitimacy.
- Keep the reason and result of a decision clear to another operator.
Recovery and acceptance
- Provider/AI failure must not silently mark an item approved.
- Refresh the queue only after a confirmed operation.
- Retain or restore focus to a sensible neighboring item when a candidate leaves the list.
