Reproduce native UI screenshots safely and inspect their geometry before replacing guide assets.

Capture stages
| Stage | Method |
|---|---|
| Audit | Read source files and hash the working-tree baseline. |
| Isolate | Copy to a disposable /tmp workspace; exclude env files, database dumps, uploads and runtime outputs. |
| Replace data boundary | Synthetic DB reads, no-op server actions, no external server fetch; visitor/account APIs mocked. |
| Render | Native routes, component specimen boards and ThemeRuntime; Boise tenant and source themes. Unchanged source photos may be served from a read-only local cache with their original URLs. |
| Capture | Wait for fonts/images; desktop 1440 and phone 390, deviceScaleFactor 2. Cache unchanged source photos read-only to avoid intermittent CDN failures. |
| Inspect | Check viewport/full-page specimens for clipped text, distorted media, detached controls, loading states and overlays. |
| Finish | Write WebP/manifest; verify source tree unchanged; delete temporary copy and stop preview process. |

- Capture templates are local documentation utilities, never production seed scripts.
- No live editor sessions, customer emails, private contact data or provider credentials enter the snapshot.
- Original PNGs stay in ignored uploads/work; only intended WebP assets and metadata enter the portfolio.
- Scope-limited recapture preserves unrelated manifest records.
- Provider map tiles and live conditions remain outside the captured evidence.
