- Checked, unchecked and disabled specimens.
- Featured and map options are editorial settings separate from publication.
Usage rules
- Explain settings whose consequences are not obvious from the label.
- Do not use a generic checkbox where a publication-specific control is already defined.
- Keep related choices in a field group if more than one selection describes the same category.
Accessibility and verification
Native checkbox semantics and wrapped label support keyboard operation. Review grouped choices and description association in real editor forms.
