Implementation and maintenance
Readiness and known limitations
An honest boundary between demonstrated UI and work still requiring product verification.

Readiness register
| Area | Evidence | Status or limitation |
|---|---|---|
| Visual refresh | New source-based foundations, native specimens, and responsive applied portions | Portfolio documentation rebuilt; source app is unchanged. |
| App appearance | Both effective theme palettes and native appearance controls | Literal-color exceptions still need component-specific review. |
| Save recovery | Native pending and injected conflict branches | Live multi-client concurrency and data durability are not tested here. |
| Authentication | Code challenge, digit inputs, rejected code, recovery controls | No email delivery, Google OAuth, or production auth verification. |
| Payments and integrations | Native configured UI with fictional provider choices | No checkout, account connection, or external write. |
| Accessibility | Measured contrast and source interaction register | Dark review contrast, marketing muted text, dialog focus, search keyboard support, and several labels remain findings. |
| Learning progress | Native completion and action interfaces | Some persistence failures lack visible feedback or rollback. |
| Marketing | Native light-theme compositions and FAQ | No implemented dark theme; reduced-motion and disclosure semantics need review. |
Interpretation
A polished specimen is evidence of appearance and the documented state branch, not proof that every associated service or accessibility requirement is production-ready. The current task improves the portfolio reference; it does not silently fix or redesign TeachKit itself.
