What the system can be used for

A team can use this reference to understand the visual language, compose existing components, trace their behavior and prioritize integration work. It should not be used as evidence of an already launched helpdesk or a certified library.

Known gaps are documented rather than fixed in the source app, because this task authorizes a design-system reference and isolated capture work, not a helpdesk rewrite.
