Proposal prototype · Created through BoiseWebCo

Distinct landscape-service journeys, connected by one brand and a useful project planner.

An interactive website proposal created through BoiseWebCo for Franz Witte. The concept separates residential, commercial, Garden Center, and McCall journeys, with a planner that offers a relevant starting point before requesting contact details. Production lead delivery and measured business outcomes are outside the prototype scope.

Residential design/build leads the homepage, using the established brand and company imagery to introduce the outdoor-living experience.
The first planner step separates materially different needs before asking for project detail or contact information.
A suggested service path appears before contact details, giving the visitor useful direction and a summary of their choices.
The commercial path speaks to property and service needs that differ from a residential design/build project.
Garden Center content creates a distinct entry point for plants, focused improvements, and design or installation support.
A structured portfolio helps visitors evaluate the kind of work before deciding whether to start a project conversation.
The project-story format gives imagery a repeatable home alongside the context needed to evaluate a landscape project.
McCall receives its own local service context rather than being treated as only another address in a footer.
The responsive layout carries the residential message, recognizable brand, and project-planning action onto a phone.

Franz Witte residential concept homepage with landscape photography and project-planning action

Residential design/build leads the homepage, using the established brand and company imagery to introduce the outdoor-living experience.

The rationale

Give the visitor useful direction before asking for a lead.

Franz Witte serves people with very different reasons for arriving: a homeowner considering a complete landscape, a property manager looking for commercial care, a Garden Center customer with a focused project, or someone seeking local support in McCall. I created this proposal through BoiseWebCo to give those visitors recognizable paths within one coherent brand.

The homepage leads with residential design and build, while the supporting navigation and division pages make commercial landscape, Garden Center services, and McCall easy to explore on their own terms. The goal is to reflect how customers think about their needs without fragmenting the company into disconnected websites.

The project planner offers value before asking for contact information. It progressively gathers the type of project, priorities, location, investment range, and timing, then presents a suggested starting point. A visitor can understand the fit and choose whether to connect, with a structured brief ready to support that conversation.

The demonstrated routes distinguish a broader residential design/build project from a focused Garden Center project, a commercial request, or a location best reviewed by the McCall team. These are proposed decision rules, not a claim that Franz Witte has validated this qualification process. The interface makes the recommendation understandable and keeps the visitor’s choices available for review.

Project imagery and a reusable project-story format support the decision alongside the planner. I retained company-specific photography and the established green and pink identity, using spacious layouts and a consistent hierarchy to connect the residential, commercial, and retail experiences. The same structure adapts to mobile without losing the service paths or the main project action.

This is a frontend proposal prototype with representative content and local interactions. It does not deliver live leads or establish that the design increased inquiries. Production work would validate service areas and qualification rules, complete approved project content, connect the planner to the appropriate team or CRM, and evaluate route selection, planner completion, qualified inquiries, and project-content engagement.
